Early career guidance for school students: the experience of implementing the pre-university project of astrakhan tatishchev state university

In the present monograph, the authors have attempted to reveal the mechanisms of organizing interaction between schools and higher education institutions at the stage of early career guidance. Using the example of the Pre-University Project implemented at Astrakhan Tatishchev State University, the study describes the experience of the pedagogical team, beginning with the ideas and intentions of the founders and concluding with the practical aspects of implementing innovative approaches and teaching methods in everyday practice.
In the monograph, the authors analyze the original general developmental educational programmes, demonstrate the methodological toolkit used in the project along with the interim results achieved, and identify the problems encountered by the programme leaders during the implementation of theoretical knowledge and the integration of instructional simulations into the educational process.
The subject matter presented in the monograph is oriented not only toward specialists in the education system and heads of educational institutions, but also toward potential employers interested in the vocation-oriented personnel training.
